Covered arena complex

Ride all year under cover

The heart of Jaz Creek is a 30,000 ft² covered complex built around a 100′ × 200′ riding arena. Enclosed on two sides, it blocks wind and keeps the footing consistent in storms. The sand-and-textile footing was fully overhauled in 2025, is low-dust and has dressage letters.

The same complex holds 24 stalls, heated wash racks, crossties, tack rooms, offices and feed rooms, so you can tack up, ride and cool out without going out in the weather.

Room for full courses

The 165′ × 270′ outdoor arena uses a custom sand blend made for hunter/jumpers and year-round use. Dozens of custom jumps and lightweight standards make it easy to set anything from gymnastics to a full course.

Barns

Bright, clean and well ventilated

Our custom 16-stall barn has wood-lined aisles, padded floors and heated wash racks. Another 24 stalls surround the covered arena. Every stall has an automatic waterer, and stalls are bedded deep and cleaned daily.
